PSA/DNA Autograph Encapsulation Submissions
Welcome to the Minnygraphs LLC monthly PSA group submissions page.
We send submissions out on a monthly basis for you to get your autograph items encapsulated for increased value and long-term security.
Pricing breaks down as follows: (This applies only to signers on trading cards listed as “$35 or under” on PSA’s website.)
- 1-9 cards: $20 per
- 10-19 cards: $19 per
- 20+ cards: $17 per
- $10 return shipping
We also take submissions for larger items such as index cards, cut autographs, and photos up to 8×10. Please inquire for pricing.
Terms & Conditions
Liability
Minnygraphs LLC disclaims any and all liability for loss, theft, or damage to items occurring during transit to or from Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), or while such items are in PSA’s custody or control. Although shipments may be insured, Minnygraphs LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding, and assumes no responsibility for, the approval, processing, or outcome of any insurance or carrier claims.
Under no circumstances shall Minnygraphs LLC be liable for reimbursement, compensation, or replacement of any items submitted, regardless of cause of loss or damage.
Any and all claims arising from items lost, stolen, or damaged while in the possession of PSA must be submitted directly to PSA. All determinations, resolutions, and any resulting compensation shall be made solely by PSA in accordance with its policies and procedures, and Minnygraphs LLC shall have no obligation or involvement in such matters.
Return Times
PSA’s turnaround times can vary and are an estimate only. A rule of thumb for autograph authentication and encapsulation is roughly 2 months, but it can be shorter or longer depending on the volume at PSA.
Payment
Payments are due on the front-end of the submission before your items are shipped out. Acceptable payments are Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. If paying G&S, the customer will cover any fees associated.
